Who we are
This site is operated by upSigma. We are the data controller; for anything about your data, write to contact@….
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your company if you give it, a phone number or an email, what you'd like to talk about, and your message. Nothing else — the site sets no cookies and our visitor statistics count visits without identifying visitors or storing anything on your device.
Anti-spam check
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It runs only when you use the form, looks at technical signals from your browser (including your IP address) to tell people from robots, and sets no cookies. Cloudflare processes those signals on our behalf and keeps them briefly; they are not used for anything else.
Why
To answer you and, if you want, to prepare a proposal. That's the legal basis: your request (and your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form).
How long
Enquiries that don't become a project are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, your details stay in our customer records for as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Your details are stored on our own servers in the EU. We don't sell, rent or share them, and we don't use them for a newsletter.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use — write to contact@… and we'll answer within a month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro).
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the bottom changes with it. Last updated: 6 September 2026.
